III.                        Nhiệm vụ cho các thành viên

1. Ban chủ nhiệm CLB (GV quản lý nhóm):

- Theo dõi thông tin chương trình CLB và thông báo cho trưởng nhóm (nếu cần).

- Chuẩn bị cho từng chủ đề.

- Chọn 01 thành viên là sinh viên làm trưởng nhóm.

- Nhắc nhở các thành viên trong nhóm chuẩn bị kỹ các câu hỏi thảo luận.

2. Trưởng nhóm

- Kiểm tra email và xem thông tin trên website TCEF; thông báo sinh hoạt CLB.

- Photo tài liệu thảo luận.

- Phân công chuẩn bị bài thuyết trình về topic.

- Phân công trực nhật.

- Các công việc phát sinh khác.
